Hi!I'm Bianca
I believe your home should bring you joy and inspire you every day!
My Design Philosophy
I believe our homes should support us, restore us, and bring joy into everyday life!
For me, interior design isn’t just about how a space looks, it’s about how it feels to live in. I design with intention and intuition, creating spaces that feel personal, layered, easy to come home to, ...and of course, beautiful!
My goal is always the same: to guide the process with clarity and care, so creating your home feels inspiring, supported, and enjoyable from start to finish.
a little about me
Creativity has always been at the center of my life. As a child, I was constantly making — drawing, imagining, moving — finding joy in creative expression in all its forms.
In an earlier chapter, that creativity took me to the world of dance. I moved from Michigan to Los Angeles in 2002 to pursue a career as a dancer, drawn to movement, rhythm, and storytelling through the body. During that time, I was also deeply invested in the spaces I lived in—endlessly reimagining them, making each one feel like a reflection of joy, comfort, and possibility.
Design became a natural extension of that instinct. I found myself constantly reworking my own homes, then helping friends do the same and discovering how much environment shapes how we feel, move, and live.
One of my earliest and most meaningful influences was my late, dear friend in Los Angeles, an incredibly talented interior designer and one of my first (and best!) friends there. Watching him work, getting to work alongside him on projects, and learning from his way of seeing spaces, inspired me to go deeper and take this passion seriously.
After moving to the East Coast, I decided to pursue formal training, earning a certificate in Interior Design from Parsons, along with continued education to refine both my technical skills and creative approach.
Today, Bianca Blanco Design serves clients throughout North Jersey, NYC, and the surrounding areas. What began as a personal passion has grown into a studio rooted in intention, care, and joy—shaped by a life filled with creativity, movement, and deep appreciation for where we call home.
