Our 7 Step Process
Designing your home should feel inspiring — not overwhelming.
Our seven-step process brings structure and clarity, rooted in creativity and joy. We guide the vision, manage the details, and keep things moving so you can feel confident and supported from start to finish.
Step 1: Consultation & Project Initiation
Every project begins with a discovery-focused consultation. This is where we get to know you, your space, and your goals — and align on scope, priorities, and next steps. Once we’re aligned, the Design Phase agreement is signed and we officially begin.
Step 2: trade day
If your project requires it, we’ll visit the site to take measurements, photos, and meet with any necessary professionals. This ensures the design is grounded in real-world conditions from the start.
Step 3: Concept & Budget Review
We develop an initial design direction and review it together during a virtual meeting. This conversation helps confirm the overall vision and discuss preliminary budget parameters before moving into detailed design.
Step 4: Design Presentation
This is where the design really comes to life. We present a cohesive visual plan with furnishings, materials, and finishes. A round of refinements is included to ensure everything feels just right before moving forward. Once approved, the design phase is complete and we can get started on bringing the vision to life!
Step 5: Ordering & Installations
It's go time! At this point we handle ordering, coordination, and scheduling. We work with vendors and trades, manage timelines, and oversee installations to ensure everything unfolds smoothly.
Step 6: Reveal Day
The big day! This is the moment where it all comes together. Styling is completed, final touches are added, and your space is revealed.
Step 7: Project closure
We wrap things up by addressing any final details, reconciling accounts, and providing a project binder with relevant information for your space. The goal is a clean, thoughtful close, with no loose ends.
